I am extremely happy with my experience at Lady Lash Parramatta :) I did a lash lift and tint with Khanittha as my technician. She was incredibly professional and understanding of my concerns (over processed and over-curled lashes). I explained that I had a bad experience with another studio in the past, and she was extremely patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. She also made very good judgement calls what best suited my lash-type and preferred style (natural, gentle curl) I came out of the session absolutely loving my eyelashes because Khanittha did such an amazing job! I would 100% recommend her if you want to realise your eyelashes' full potential.

Chloe was my technician for lash extensions and she was lovely right from the start, I felt at home in no time! She took extra care to ensure my sensitive eyes were okay.
